Service and billing terms

The service
InLink provides website building, hosting, security monitoring, publishing tools, and optional support channels. Customers remain responsible for the truth, legality, permissions, and ownership of their content, products, business claims, and connected payment accounts.
Billing
Hosting is $9 per month. Optional support channels and other recurring services are billed at the prices shown before checkout until canceled. The $50 AI launch package includes the first hosting month. Purchased Link work blocks remain available while the account is active; included monthly work blocks expire at the end of each billing month.
Human work
Human support is $225 per month and includes one hour of human website work during that billing month. Included hours are use it or lose it and do not roll over. Additional human work may be purchased at $225 per hour.
Cancellation and refunds
Customers may cancel recurring service before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not refund a period already started. Completed domain registrations, consumed Link work blocks, AI work, and human consultations are not refundable except where required by law or when InLink confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge.
Publishing and backups
Link edits the development copy first. A verified owner must approve publishing to the live site. InLink uses backups and security controls but no Internet service can promise uninterrupted operation or recovery of every change. Customers should retain copies of irreplaceable business content.
Domains and outside services
Domain availability and pricing can change until registration completes. Registry and registrar rules apply. Connected payment, video, and file-storage services operate under their own terms. InLink does not process a customer's buyers' payments.
Limits
The standard service supports normal local-business websites with up to 10,000 pages and 20,000 normal website images. It does not include direct video streaming, archive or ZIP distribution, or large-file hosting.
Changes and termination
InLink may update these terms prospectively and will provide notice of material changes. InLink may suspend access immediately for security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or material abuse.
