Information collected
InLink collects account and business details, authorized senders, website content, support conversations, service usage, billing transaction identifiers, and technical security logs. Card numbers are entered with Authorize.Net and are not stored by InLink.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate owners, build and host websites, process requested work, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, bill for service, monitor reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
InLink uses providers including DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Mailgun, Twilio, ElevenLabs, eNom, and Authorize.Net. Only information needed for the requested function is sent to each provider, subject to that provider's terms.
Mobile information
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and text-message consent are used only to provide the InLink messaging service and related account support. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver messages and operate the requested service.
Retention and choices
Records are retained as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible data through their account support channel.
Security
InLink uses encrypted transport, restricted provider credentials, owner verification, development-to-live publishing controls, backups, monitoring, and access logging.
