InLink SMS messaging terms

Program
InLink SMS is an optional account-support and website-management program from InLink. Customers may receive one-time verification codes, security notices, requested account updates, website-work confirmations, preview notifications, and replies from their Link website agent.
Consent
Customers opt in from their authenticated InLink account by entering their mobile number and checking an unchecked box that clearly agrees to receive automated InLink text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing website hosting or any other service. InLink does not use purchased lists or send unsolicited messages.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to account activity and customer requests. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP
Reply STOP to opt out of InLink SMS messages. After opting out, the customer receives one final confirmation message and no further texts unless they opt in again.
HELP
Reply HELP for assistance, use website chat after signing in at app.inlink.com, or email support through the customer's assigned InLink support address.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio and other messaging service providers may process this information solely to deliver and secure the requested service. See the InLink Privacy Policy for additional details.
